Experience:
Sibusiso was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Provincial Division, Pretoria in year 2010 and with the High Court of South Africa, Western Cape Division, Cape Town in 2012, and practised as such at Bowman Gilfillan Africa Group (now Bowman) in their employment law department, and at Tshisevhe Gwina Ratshimbilani Inc in their corporate law department (mergers and acquisitions. He then spent a combined period of 5 years 3 months in the ICT sector with American Tower Corporation Wireless Infrastructure (Pty) Ltd, and The Vodacom Group respectively.
Prior to this, Sibusiso Clerked at the Constitutional Court of South Africa for the retired Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke in 2009, after which he worked as a Research Assistant to Distinguished Professor Sandra Liebenberg for a period of 2 years while completing LLM studies at Stellenbosch University.
Sibusiso has also presided over employment law disputes at the CCMA.
