Heidi has a strong public law and labour law practice.  She has been involved in many leading cases in the area of constitutional, administrative and labour law.  She was lead counsel for the Association of Mineworkers and Construction Union (“AMCU”) in the Marikana Commission of Inquiry.  She has served as an Acting Judge in the High Court, Labour Court and Land Claims Court.
