Experience:

Desirée has a diverse legal practice including general commercial law, restraints of trade, tax, construction, education law, labour, and pension funds. Her particular interest is in administrative law at all levels of governance. She is currently undertaking part-time studies towards a PhD in administrative law at the University of Cape Town on the subject of public sector contracts.

She is avidly involved in national and international law moot competitions, with continued involvement in the Philip C Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in South Africa and in Washington, D.C and in coaching for the International Criminal Law Moot Court Competition.
