Experience:

After completing his articles, Craig joined the Bar in 2002 and has developed a practice in a wide range of fields.

In the last five years Craig has specialised in commercial property finance transactions and disputes concerning securities such as cessions, sureties, mortgage bonds and subordinations.
Craig has for the last three years gained experience in intellectual property disputes and is a registered student of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law.
Craig also has experience in appearing before the Tribunal of the Registrar of Trade Marks, and disputes in Swaziland.

  • Page Automation (Pty) Ltd v Profusa (Pty) Ltd concerning the cession of future rights and cessions in general.
  • Moruo Properties (Pty) Ltd v Calgro M3 Developments Ltd concerning a trial about the rectification of an offer to purchase land.
