Brahm du Plessis’s practice was initially a varied one (including, predominantly, “political” trials in the magistrates’ courts and Labour Law), he has for the past 14 years or so practised almost entirely in the field of Intellectual Property Law. His practice relates to all aspects of that field including, particularly, Patent Law.
